Are you ready to make a change?

Sometimes, the first step in handling adversity is readjusting our perspective.

Life does not come with an instruction manual. We all have the opportunity to chart our own courses. But without a roadmap, and with many possible distractions, that path can be hard to find. We may find ourselves grappling with more questions: Where do we go next? What will make us happy? How do we get there?

This can be especially tough for those of us who were raised with different cultural norms than the ones we are now adults in. Conflicting definitions of success - in work, parenting, leisure time - can make it harder to discern our own choices and desires.

Coaching can help you articulate what your path forward is, shine a light on what is holding you back, and inform what steps you can take to move forward. Blending Socratic style questions, empathic listening and pragmatic future oriented planning, coaching helps you write your own plan.

Every coach has their own style. For me, I incorporate mindfulness based practices into my work. Becoming fully aware of what is pushing you in different directions is the first step in having a clearer sense of where you want to go. Learning to discern your own inner voice and allowing that voice to be amplified by your choices and your actions is at the core of how I coach.

Just as an athlete benefits from someone who understands their skills and barriers and helps to guide them towards their best performance, a life coach can help you unlock your own potential.
