Do you feel torn between different priorities?

Are you contemplating a transition in your life? Or coming to terms with a big change?

Do voices of self doubt and criticism threaten to sabotage your plans?

Coaching can help!

We all have self thoughts and beliefs that hold us back. This can be especially challenging for people who were raised in a non dominant culture. Only after we acknowledge these self perceptions can we accept or change them and move towards our goals in a thoughtful way.

With my background in primary care, my training in cognitive behavioral therapy, my practice in coaching, and my experience as a child of immigrants, I can help guide the way.

I am an empathetic and reflective listener and help my clients articulate goals, discover the obstacles in their way, and chart a course in the right direction.

Testimonials

“Things have been going better than I ever could have imagined and I attribute it to our sessions!” - AW

“My time meeting with Shoma has been such a valuable investment in my wellbeing. She helps to push me to think about how I can align my time with my priorities at work and outside work and offers useful strategies for being mindful and calm in situations I find stressful.” - JG

Shoma was incredibly helpful as I navigated what is important to me personally and professionally. I ultimately took a job in a new leadership role and we worked together on negotiation, integrating into a new organization, and the perils of moving with a family. Working with Shoma is something I do for me and builds reflection into my work which I don't make enough time for otherwise. - RS
